We are delighted to have reached practical completion on our two-storey extension project in Hillside Avenue, Bearsden.

Winter 2021

Our two-storey extension at Rhu, Argyll is keeping out the cold weather with the insulation being fitted this week.

We would like to wish all of our clients, consultants and contractors a very merry Christmas and a happy new year! We’re looking forward to a busy 2022 with some exciting new projects on the drawing board.

Autumn 2021

Two storey steelwork has slotted into place on our two storey extension project in Rhu, Argyll. Steelwork is always one of our favourite stages of a project when you can really start to see the volume of the new space.

We’ve been delighted to support our local community group ‘Grey Matters’ with the donation of a tasty hamper from Ardardan for their ‘Older People’s Day’ event on 1^st October. They also provide some great activities for the local children – my two daughters loved their recent fairy house hunt!

Summer 2021

We’ve been using 3D models to investigate material choices for a new-build dwelling in Argyll. Black zinc or timber & corrugated roofing – what’s your favourite?

Spring 2021

It’s all action on site at the moment with new windows and doors being craned over the rooftops at our renovation project in Stirling! The terraced nature of the property means that access is difficult so this was the contractor’s solution to get the windows and doors into place.

Autumn 2020

Housing minister calls for VAT reduction to support construction recovery

Please support this campaign! This is badly needed in an industry where homeowners are penalised for making improvements to their existing home yet new-build dwellings are zero-rated. Government carbon reduction targets shall never be met through new-build housing alone.

Summer 2020

Great to get back on site this week with our loft conversion project in Kirkintilloch at final snagging stage and site start on renovations in Ralston, Paisley.

We were lucky enough to reach completion on our Coach House conversion in Balmore just before lockdown! Looking forward to seeing some professional shots of this when Covid allows!
